Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Late cancellations will be charged $80. For your convenience, cancellations can be made directly through the booking system. If you encounter any difficulties online, don't hesitate to email (shelby.dpt@gmail.com) or call/text (510-255-1796). As a small business, late cancellations affect me significantly. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Additionally, if you're ill or unable to attend your appointment for other reasons, you can opt to change your in-person session to a telehealth appointment. Just email me and we can make the necessary adjustments to switch your session to a telehealth format.
